(1) Updates Per Month |
Each package has a different number of updates/requests that you can utilise for the updating of your website.

b. Credits Management If you are taking up the Credits Maintenance Package, you can use your credits to request for changes to be made to your website. Each change requires a minimum of 45 credits, (or 30 credits if you use our Support System to send in your requests), irregardless of how minor you think the change is (We win). However, there will definitely be times when you need to make a number of changes to a particular page- guess what- the cost is still 30 credits (you win). As mentioned above, we strongly believe in a mutually-beneficial working relationship, i.e. win-win scenario. c. Monthly Maintenance If you are taking up our Monthly Maintenance Package, you will have 30 updates to use for changes to your website. Each update allows you to make unlimited changes to unlimited pages but the same "Expiry of each change" rule applies(4), though you will have a longer time to go through your changes. In addition, this package includes editing the programming(8) that exist on your website, which is something much more complex than normal website maintenance. Most importantly, we give IMMEDIATE ATTENTION to your request compared to other types of packages so this means that your changes get done much, much faster. |
(2) No. of pages | No. of pages refers to how many pages you can make during each update. For e.g., If you have a Credits Management Package, each update is a minimum of 30 credits and it's on a per page basis, i.e. 1 page. Wheareas for Monthly Maintenance Package, there is no limit to the number of pages- This is because it is based on per update basis- Each update request can have several changes. |
(3) No. of changes per page | It simply means the number of changes you can request us to edit a particular page. For both Credits Maintenance and Monthly Maintenance, you can make unlimited changes to a page, but do note that there is an expiry of each change(4), which we are very strict about, as it will affect our overall work schedule. |
(4) Expiry of each change | We have a strict limitation on the time given to you to look through the work done, based on your request, as it will affect our overall work schedule. Each request, upon completion, has a life span to it, i.e. 24hours, 36hours, and 72 hours, depending on your package. It is not possible for us to work on the same requests multiple times, over multiple days, yet earning the same fixed amount. Thus, please ensure that you allocate time to look through the changes done, within the agreed time frame, so as not to incur unnecessary expenses. |
(5) Priority / Turn-over Hours | The highest priority is given to our clients who subscribe to our Monthly Maintenance Package and we almost always manage to complete the changes on the same day. This package is suitable for you if your website always require urgent and immediate changes to be done. The Credits Management Package, in turn, has a turn-around of 36 hours, and thus is more suitable for you if your requests are always non-urgent in nature. |
(6) Images / Graphics-related | Our maintenance do not include designing nor editing of images. There will be extra charges in relation to designing or editing of images on your website. |
(7) Adding programming | Adding programming greatly enhances, or at the minimal, improves your website, and/or your users' experience in using it. However, the work involved can range from complex to being very complex. As such, basic maintenance will not be enough to fix it, and additional costs will be required. |
(8) Editing programming | The work involving editing programming can range from complex to being very complex. We will be able to fix those simple ones as long as the efforts required are not extensive, however, for those that do exceed the normally-required efforts, there will be additional costs- We will consult you before we proceed in those scenarios. |
(9) Hosting | Hosting means to host, or to hold your website, CMS System, emails etc at a place in the server. A common example would be when you are looking for a new office space, and maybe you already have existing office desk, office chairs, printers etc from the previous office, and now you need a place to put all these, which is an office space. This office space is the same as hosting- where we will put your website, CMS System, emails etc. Hosting is renewable on a yearly basis, and with 100GB, not only will everyone in your office be able to store years of emails in it, best of all, it will be extremely convenient because you will be able to access all emails across all devices with the bigger storage. |
(10) Support Options | We are flexible in that we let you ask questions via Phone / Email / Support System / SMS / Skype / QQ / Whatsapps / WeChat / LINE. This is much more faster and convenient for you as instant chat provides you instant answers to your questions. As we do not outsource any technical work (Ever wondered why you can never speak to the Web Developer or Technical Support over the phone with other companies?), we will be able to answer your technical enquiries as well, unless it's so complicated that we find it hard to explain it immediately without referring to your website again. However, after your enquiries have been answered, we will require you to give us your final instructions in the form of either emails or Support System. We will very much encourage you to utilise our Support System as it's cheaper, and you will notice that we respond much faster. |
