You will have to provide the contents (text and images) in soft-copy / digital format. If typing is required, a minimum of $20 will be required. Copywriting/Translation requires additional costing.

Addition or modification of programming require extra costing as the efforts and time taken to do the work differ significantly from the standard website's updating tasks. We will inform and quote you before we start work if your requests involves programming. |
Designing or modifying of your images are not included. What is included is that we will adjust the image so that it is the correct dimensions, it's brightness, and then optimise it for faster loading and make sure that it fits standard web usage. All other requests that requires creative work such as designing or modifying of the images provided to us will require extra costing as the efforts and time taken to do the work are much more than the standard tasks mentioned above. |
Your Credits expire 36 hours after our first email to inform you about the updated work, i.e. to show you the work we've completed based on your instructions. From then on, you will have 36 hours to ensure that the changes done are fine, final, and no more extra changes will be made to what you've requested. If the 36 hours deadline has passed and you require more changes to be done to the same page, there will be another minimum 45 Credits costing. For e.g., we send you an email at 10am Monday informing you that we've completed the updating of your instruction. You can then go through the changes, and inform us if there are additional changes for that same page. Once we reach Tuesday 11:59pm, the credits will be deemed used up and expired. |
The minimum 45 credits/page applies only if you agree to send us your requests to make changes to your website via our Support System. If you wish to send us requests via your preferred method, e.g. sending us emails, and via phone calls, the maintenance cost will be a minimum of 55 credits/page each time. Similarly, we will inform you and get your approval before proceeding if the work exceeds the minimum 55 credits. |
For CMS such as Wordpress, OpenCart, etc, as well as for online store, the minimum cost will be 55 credits/page if you use our Support System to send in your requests. If you wish to send us requests via your preferred method, e.g. sending us emails, and via phone calls, the maintenance cost will be 65 credits/page each time. Similarly, we will inform you and get your approval before proceeding if the work exceeds the minimum 55 credits. |
